Stacy Shines a New Spotlight on Customer Service

Stacy brings a passion for customer service to the Institute and is looking forward to streamlining administrative service offerings and enhancing the level of service that is delivered through the ASC.  

The Administrative Services Center (ASC) welcomes Stacy Whitman as the director of Customer Service Excellence. 

Stacy joined Georgia Tech in February, after many years of leading contact center operations at Kaiser Permanente. Stacy brings a passion for customer service to the Institute and is looking forward to streamlining administrative service offerings and enhancing the level of service that is delivered through the ASC.  

As an accomplished operations leader, who coined the “every caller, every time” initiative, she ensured all customer service representatives were equipped to support every call interaction from start to finish. Stacy is looking forward to leveraging this methodology and providing excellent customer service to campus. 

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications Management and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management.  

Outside of work, Stacy enjoys spending time with family and friends, at the gym and spa.
